Snows Group snaps up two Toyota retailers

Family-owned auto retailer Snows Group has acquired two new Toyota operations, increasing the company’s network to 30 sites. The Chichester and Waterlooville businesses have been purchased from WKB Group for an undisclosed sum, as Director David Kilby has taken the decision to retire.

These new operations join six existing Snows Toyota retailers located across the South and South West of England. The Group already has a presence in the surrounding area, thanks to BMW, Mini, and Seat retailers located in Portsmouth, where the Group has been involved in the motor trade since the 1980s.

According to Snows, both the Chichester and Waterlooville sites will continue to trade as WKB Toyota for the foreseeable future, although overall responsibility will now fall to Group Directors Phil Maddison and Alex Domone.
