SLM Buys Dingles

St Leonards Motors Group, based in South East England has bought the East Anglian family owned Dingles Motor Group. Dingles had franchises for Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus and Isuzu.

Companies House records show Dingles posted a pre-tax loss in both 2014 and 2015 of £270,000 and £455,000 respectively. Turnover for 2014 was £35.2 million and £36.4m in 2015, the most recent results available.

SLM, which operates two Vauxhall, two Toyota and two Nissan franchises in Sussex and Kent, had a turnover of £51.5m in 2015 with a pre-tax profit of £336,000.
