Riverside Motor Group Acquires Harratts Group’s Honda Wakefield Dealership

Riverside Motor Group has acquired Harratts Group’s Honda site in Wakefield for an undisclosed sum.

The Honda dealership will continue to operate from Calder Park in Wakefield with Riverside retaining all existing staff.

The franchised dealer group now represents Honda, Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, and Mitsubishi.

Riverside Motor Group were established in 1982. It is an independently owned business trading from sites in Doncaster, Wakefield, and Hull.

Mark Denton, Riverside’s managing director, said: “Acquiring the Honda site has given us the opportunity to further expand our footprint in the region.

“We will continue to invest in the business and build on our well established reputation.”
