Launch day draws near for Peter Vardy’s new business
Auto retailer Peter Vardy is preparing to open its new Aberdeen Jaguar and Land Rover business. The £8 million pound operation, located on Wellington Road, will officially open to the public on 8 August. Previously located at two separate sites, the move to bring both brands under one roof is, along with a thorough CI revamp, part of the OEM’s ongoing plans to redevelop its retailer network.
Peter Vardy’s two-floor facility has a capacity for 100 new and used vehicles, a 26-ramp service department, boasts two business class-themed customer lounge areas, a children’s play area and in-house barista and chef. Construction was undertaken by Ogilvie Construction, the same company responsible for Peter Vardy’s Aberdeen Porsche Centre, which opened in December last year.
