Pentagon opens new Mitsubishi retailer in Lincoln

Multi-franchise Pentagon Group has started selling the full range of Mitsubishi products from its new centre in Lincoln. Derby-headquartered Pentagon Group is leasing around half of the three-acre site from local auto retailer Charles Warner, and will be employing 20 people at the site.

Pentagon also plans to move its Renault and Dacia business, which is currently based at Tritton Road, to its new Outer Circle Road location in late April. This will follow a complete refurbishment of a separate showroom facility.

The new Mitsubishi facility houses five vehicles, while Pentagon expects its new Renault and Dacia showroom to house 12 vehicles. There will be space for about 80 approved used cars and commercial vehicles across the new site.

Auto retailer Charles Warner previously represented the Mitsubishi franchise in Lincoln, however it has now been transferred to Pentagon. The business will continue its sales and aftersales operations from Outer Circle Road which includes new MG cars, used car sales, car servicing and an accident repair workshop. The lease was brokered by Lincoln-based chartered surveyor Banks Long & Co.

The new retail sites expand Pentagon Group’s current portfolio to 34, which are spread across Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Lancashire and Lincolnshire.
