Park’s Motor Group buys Macrae and Dick

Park’s Motor Group, the family-run Scottish franchised retail groups, has bought Macrae and Dick for an undisclosed sum. The purchase adds 12 new car franchises to Park’s existing 41 dealerships. The acquisition gives Park’s three new franchise partners in the form of Ford, Toyota and Mazda and increases Park’s representation with BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover and Honda. The Macrae and Dick locations in Stirling, Perth, Inverness, Elgin and Aberdeen add to the locations already held by Park’s in Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, West Lothian and Fife.
