Million pound makeover for Vauxhall retailer

Bristol Street Motors has unveiled its updated Vauxhall retail site in Waltham Cross, the result of a comprehensive £1.1 million facelift and expansion project. The three-phase development saw the demolition of a former Ford retail building to accommodate a used car display area plus the redevelopment of a former ice cream factory into new workshop and valeting facilities.

The full refurbishment of existing showroom and aftersales buildings, in line with Vauxhall CI guidelines, was the final phase of development. The result is an extended showroom area able to accommodate more vehicles plus more office space for sales positions. Following the expansion of the bricks and mortar facilities, a recruitment drive has resulted in appointing five new entry-level sales personnel and two experienced technicians.
