Mercedes-Benz Cars Retailer of the Year

Mercedes-Benz Cars named Inchcape South Midlands as Retailer of the Year at their annual awards this week.

Inchcape South Midlands has sites at Oxford, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon. Their win was down to the customer focused dedication of everyone in the business from reception desk to valeters and sales staff.

“They had an exceptional year”, said Gary Savage, CEO Mercedes-Benz Cars UK.   “They’ve achieved what they have by commitment and hard work across the company. They think and act like part of the Mercedes-Benz family and embody the values we encourage throughout the Mercedes-Benz Retailer Network.”

The smart Retailer of the Year was Lookers of Sussex.  smart sold over 12,000 cars in the UK last year making their most successful year so far.

Other winners were Inchcape (North West),  named Service and Parts Team of the Year; Lancaster; Mercedes-AMG Team of the Year; and Sandown (Dorset and Wiltshire); Customer Service Team of the Year.

2016 was another record year for Mercedes-Benz Cars UK with sales growth of 17%. This year has already had a phenomenal start: in January, Mercedes-Benz sold 13,003 cars – a 10% increase over January 2016.
