Johnsons Acquire Trust Group UK and Autosales Suzuki

Johnsons Cars has taken over Autosales Suzuki in Bilston and Cannock.

This follows the news last week that Johnsons had acquired Trust Group UK through a share purchase. This deal means Skoda and Volkswagen Redditch, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton will change hands.

Johnsons Cars is one of England’s largest independent dealership groups, with branches across the country. They have over 60 dealerships across the UK that represent 17 different brands: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, CUPRA, Ford, Fiat, Fiat Commercial, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Lexus, Mazda, SEAT, ŠKODA, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen and Volvo.
