Holdcroft acquires Hyundai retailer
Auto retailer Holdcroft Group has acquired a new Hyundai franchise, increasing the company’s portfolio of the Korean brand to four. The deal, for an undisclosed sum, was for Stafford retailer Sandon Road Motors. Established in 1976, latest records show that this single site business employs 21 staff and has a turnover of £9.8 million.
Holdcroft, a family-run business, has represented Hyundai since 1991. Boasting a reach covering Cheshire and North Staffordshire, the company also represents Volvo, Honda, Renault, Dacia, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Nissan and started trading in 1966.
