Harwoods Group acquires Jaguar franchise

Harwoods Group has increased its Jaguar franchise business with the acquisition of auto retailer Jaguar Croydon from Cambria Motor Group. The purchase sees the Harwoods Group’s Jaguar retailer businesses increase to five, while the upcoming purchase of Land Rover Lewes from Caffyns will see the retailer’s presence in the premium SUV market rise to six locations.

Commenting on the acquisition, Alex Derricks, Harwoods Group Sales Director said: “This is another great acquisition for us as a company and it underlines our commitment to the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. This new retailer will help drive us forward in 2016 and deliver on our ambitious growth plans towards 2020.
