New man at the top at Honda UK
Dave Hodgetts will assume the role of Honda UK’s managing director on 3 January. Hodgetts replaces Phil Crossman, who retires at the end of December. Hodgetts joined Honda in 1990 as a production engineer, and was previously the OEM’s managing director from 2010 to 2013. He leaves his current role at the company’s Swindon manufacturing base as director of planning and administration.
Having started his career in 1973 at Triumph, Crossman retires after 17 years at the Japanese car maker. He had previously worked for Peugeot and Nissan.
