Cinch has opened its first physical store on Bedford Road in Northampton, and another on Tyburn Road Birmingham.

Stores will be opened in Manchester this summer with more locations to be announced later in the year.

Cinch Chief Customer Officer, Robert Bridge said: “We’re now in our fourth successful year of growth in our online business – it’s the perfect time to deliver an omnichannel experience and open our first physical stores to reach even more UK car buyers with our faff-free approach.”

“Thousands of drivers across the UK have bought from us already using our fully online sales model, and now we’re looking forward to meeting some of those existing customers in person and welcoming new customers through our doors for the first time.”

The new Cinch stores will offer a range of hand-selected used cars from Cinch’s overall stock of over 5,000 vehicles. Buyers in-store get the same price as buyers at home, as well as a 14-day money back guarantee and free 90-day warranty on all cars.

The stores extend Cinch’s post-sale support network, capitalising on its digital platform which will ease the process of buying, part-exchanging and financing vehicles.

Visitors will be able to test drive cars and speak with Cinch’s expert in-store team, the Cinch Squad, but purchases are to be completed on the Cinch website. The vehicle will then be delivered to the customer’s home or local collection point.
